E-DESIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

MQ Interiors’s E-Design services are personalized, digital interior design services created specifically for each client based on provided information.

Scope of Service

E-Design services include concept development, layouts, design guidance, and digital deliverables as outlined in the selected package. Services are advisory in nature and do not include on-site supervision unless stated otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate:

• Measurements
• Photographs
• Design preferences
• Functional requirements

MQ Interiors is not responsible for design inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete client information.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of design revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included scope are subject to extra fees, communicated before proceeding.

Ownership & Usage

All E-Design deliverables remain the intellectual property of MQ Interiors – Interior Design & Trading. Designs are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or used commercially without written consent.

Refunds

E-Design services are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

Estimated timelines are provided per package and may vary depending on client responsiveness and project complexity.
