E-Design Services (Digital Design Services)

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our E-Design services, all E-Design packages are non-refundable once the design process has commenced. Each design is custom-created based on the information provided in the client questionnaire, measurements, and preferences.

We dedicate time and professional expertise from the moment your order is confirmed; therefore, cancellations or refunds cannot be issued once work has begun. However, client satisfaction remains a priority. If any aspect of the design does not align with your expectations, we encourage you to share your feedback. We will address concerns in accordance with the revision terms outlined for your selected package.

Please note that availability of recommended furniture, décor, or finishes may change over time. In such cases, we will suggest suitable alternatives that align with the approved design concept. Changes in product availability do not qualify for refunds of E-Design services.

Physical Furniture & Products (Retail Purchases)

Refunds or exchanges for physical furniture, décor, or accessories purchased through MQ Brand are subject to product condition, supplier policies, and delivery status.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return consideration.
  
• Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-measure items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  
• Refund eligibility and timelines may vary depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
  

Any approved refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment, excluding delivery, handling, or installation charges where applicable.
